Item ok, customer support (Woodstream/CobraCo) poo, 11/4/2011

Steve Fountain from Elk Grove, CA

Came in missing a bolt and a handle. Woodstream/CobraCo asked me to ship the whole fire pit back for replacement. Pretty poor customer service. Ship back a 40lb fire pit for a 6 ounce handle & bolt. I didn't stay on the line long enough to ask if shipping would be at my cost. Be careful with this company.
