Garden Tool Organizer, 4/13/2009

As soon as I put it together and loaded it up, one of the casters broke and spilled my tools. It was broke beyond repair and the caster had a metric screw and thus could not find a replacement at the local mega home marts. After it fell over I noticed that the tack welds where the screws in the frame are locatred had snapped as well. One of the side pocket holders was missing a tie string (nice QC). I do not even recommend this item for scrap metal.
