I bought these about 4 years ago, and through constant wear, they've been great. Recently they've started to stretch and come apart at the seams a bit, but I'm going to replace them now!

I've had these half chaps for two years now. Within the first couple times using them one of the zippers popped off. Fortunately, I had my old trash worn half chaps and was able to transfer the zipper to these on my sewing machine. Since then, they've been great till now when I can't zip them down anymore because the zipper no longer holds. I was kinda disapointed with the quality of the chap itself. It's not very thick and I was pretty suprised it lasted as long as it did. But you get what you pay for.

I wish I could give these a higher rating, but they didn't completely meet my expectations. The fit is true to measurements, although some may have difficulties if they have short but also thick calves. I have short, thin calves, so the small fits very well. As someone else has also pointed out, everything sticks to the material! I feel like I need to wash them every time I wear them. On the plus side, I have machine washed them several times and even dried them on low. Also, the color is definitely not pewter, it's blue. Good thing I like blue!

I purchased these very same half chaps close to 6 years ago, and they still are in wonderful condition. Over the years the elastic has since stretched a bit, but overall these are perfect for the daily rider. I'm buying another pair so that I can pass mine on to my niece. I would recommend these to anyone!

These chaps seemed great at first, but now they're falling apart after one year of use. They stretched out so much that they fall down while I canter. Although they are cheap, I'd prefer spending more for a decent chap than saving for a chap that will need replacing, which in the end makes the cost the same.

I definitely like these half chaps a lot, and not JUST because of the price! Ha. They hold out pretty well. I've only had mine for about 4 months and I wear them 2 days not stop every two weekends and one already has a little tear on the part that goes under your shoe but that's only because I've been walking in them in snow, ice, water and heavy mud. But if you are doing light might or clean ground these will last and are truly great (: Super comfy too!

iv had theses WELL over a year. and they are the same! zipper has not broken they are very flexable and easy to put on! i love them. and they are goign to last alot longer!

I adore these half chaps. They hold up well, and keep my calf and ankle muscles warm to increase flexibility in the winter. They are functional, look great, and I've even gotten several compliments from other riders about them! They're a great product at a great price.

I have to wear half chaps to work at the barn, and I got these because they looked good and I liked the price. However, the first time I wore them I walked out of my horses stall, and looked at them to find them covered in bedding. You couldn't even see the half chaps under all of the shavings. Also, I was expecting "pewter" to be pewter-gray, not blue. I would not recommend these to people who walk around in stalls.

I bought these half chaps about 5 years ago and they are still holding up! They're super soft and keeps the stirrup leathers from pinching your legs, making them a dream to ride in. The stiching is starting to unravel on the inside patches but after everyday use for 5 years, I'd say that's awesome! I recomend these.

I got these half chaps for my riding lessons, and I love them! I got a color that they dont have displayed here, but otherwise they are identical! I have large calves for my age, not fat calves, just large, and i only founds 2 brands that would fit me. these were the 2nd brand, and they are 1/4 of the price of the other ones! they get a little warm tward the end of my lesson, but that will help keep my legs warm this winter! LOVE THESE!

these are soooo great!! i love wearing them!! only thing is to be carefull when zipping them up.. if you accidently do it wrong and jerk it it might break. mine dident brake but i though i did!! anyways their very comfy to wear and dont hurt behinde my knee. good price and everyhitng. i have the brown pair. these are so easy to clean!! just put them in the washer and let them hang to air dry!! buy them!! thier great!

I bought this half-chaps last year but never had the chance to wear them. I have worn them this year and I absolutely love them! They are so comfortable! I didn't think I would be fond of half chaps, but I put them on in the morning and ended up wearing them all day!

These are great chaps. They are EXTREMELY durable and I have had the same pair for 5 yrs. The only porblem is that I am pretty tall so they are a tinny bit to short, but I still love them.

These are great. I've had the dark blue ones for almost two years now and they're amazing! They're a little dirty but only because I've worn them every day of the summer. They get really soft and break in easily, and they're super comfortable! They also fit well over jeans, and don't stain or fade through water.

I've had these half-chaps for about 2 years now and besides the dirt they look brand new! They're so comfortable and fit over jeans pretty well. They are very tight when you first get them and also when you wash them so try not to wash them too often (hence said dirt on mine) But you have to get these half-chaps!

I've had these 1/2 chaps for several years now and they still look, feel, fit, and work as well as they did when I got them (ok...with the addition of a little dirt, but that makes them better!). I would recommend them to anyone.

As I started riding in jeans more than breeches, I soon discovered the necesity of half chaps. I quickly bought a pair of half chaps, and the thing that stuck out to me the most was the price. These were half chaps that looked good and were not expensive! I got the chaps in 2006, and its now a few months into 2009. These half chaps are still in a very gently used condition. These have held up great, while maintaing a great look. I will always recommend these half chaps to anyone looking for a new pair.

These chaps are awesome. I wasnt sure at first because of the price, but I got them and now and so happy! They fit really nicely and are so easy to wash! They are really comfy. I think my only complaint might be that the buttons can sometimes fall off in the washer. I found that if you put them in a mesh bag in the washer then the buttons are less likely to come off. A must buy!

i got a pair of these half chaps last christmas. they were so easy to care for. unforchancly the bottom of my half chap ripped part that goes under ur boot. ive had them a little less than a year. they r for the most part good quality but some stitches might rip. my horse strp on mine and ripped part of mine. i would get other pair of theese! the price is pretty good.

I bought these chaps to get back into riding after 3 yrs off. I wasnt too keen with the idea of synthetic leather chaps. Soon as I got them, they fit like a gem. I love the wide range of sizes. They are serious soo comfy to ride in. Plus you cant beat tossing them in the washer after a muddy ride! A must get at a killer price!!

I have had these chaps for a little over a year. They fit perfectly and are very comfortable, but the color does fade after washing with a hose. My biggest concern with them is that after a years use they are completely falling apart. However, due to the price and the fit, I am going to buy another pair.

These are a great price and they work better then other kinds i have had before. These are easy to put on and take off. i have a pair and so does my child. thay are a great choice and they are nicer then alot of half chaps that cost more!!!

I was wary of these because of the low price, but they work very nicely. They are easy to take on and off, and so far I havent noticed any stretching. The construction is not superb, but the flaws seem purely cosmetic crooked stitches etc, I havent noticed any deterioration since I bought them.

These fit very well and are very stretchy, but thats all the good things that I have to say. On my first pair, the stitching came out. I called and the good stateline tack customer service took them back without a problem. The second pair that arrived left dark ink marks on my breeches :. I am ditching these all together and buying better quality chaps.

These are great! I had to order a size bigger than what the mesurement said, but they fit great! Easy to go on and off, and stay on easily!

These are my first and going to be my last chaps that I will ever buy and ever need. I love the different colors. I bought the blue stripe on black and I plan to buy a blue helmet and breeches to match! I have been using these chaps for almost an year now and they look good as new! The zipper is super easy to zip up and doesnt catch on your jeans or breeches. The best.

These are the first pair of half chaps that Ive ever owned & Im loving them everytime I wear them. Ive only had mine for about 2 months, but it makes it so much easier for me to ride. I love the fact that theyre machinewashable!

best half chaps i have ever had! They have the koolist colors and they stay so clean just pop them in the washer and they look new! i have had mine for 2 years and they feel like real suade. they are so great and at a great price. i highly reccomend this product
