Garbage from Texas, USA

This is made of cast iron, which rusts when gets wet. So, I would not want to hang it outside in the elements. The green paint had ran in a few spots, and rubbed off in others. It looked cheap. But the worst thing, it had no way to hang it! No hole, no ha
